i am having my 30th b-day dinner this friday at Veritas (my first time) and am looking forward to the venison and obviously the wine - for a starter i think i will have the sweetbreads or maybe the foie gras. i was wondering if anyone strongly recommends a dessert? - everything looks tasty, just wanted something really memorable. i worship great pastry of any form.
a recent trip to Aquavit was so good but left me wanting in the dessert department, the chocolate trio, although overly content in the spirit department, flights - thought i'd get some hound guidance...thank you
