Venison rump - what should I do with it?

Following a rather demented family tradition, we will be having venison (aka Rudolph) for dinner tomorrow night. I dug a rump roast out of the freezer and I'm wondering how best to cook it. Any ideas? Chunk it up into bourguinon? Pot roast it somehow? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
