Venison!

I just received a ton of freshly killed/butchered venison-approximately 20-25 pounds of grill meat (sirloin steaks and tips, loin chops, tenderloins, round steaks) 2 shoulder roasts (a little less than 5 pounds each) and the balance is ground and stew meat. Any one have any spectacular, Christmas worthy recipes and/or menu ideas? Most of my venison cooking experiences have been pretty pedestrian-pot roast and grilled steaks, so I am manily interested in something a little more "holiday-esque". I also have a few fresh duck breasts that I planned on wrapping in bacon and grilling for appetizers but am willing to save these for another day if needed. Thanks!
