Will be in Venice in late April. Judging from a quick review of recent posts on the cost of Venice restaurant dining, what about "street food" or prepared food at markets? Are these viable options to help keep our overall dining budget manageable?...i.e. - spend less on some eats each day so we can enjoy restaurants, too.
If so, what particular dishes/foods do you recommend? Do you have a favorite street cart??
