Venice, Rialto Bridge. Mid Budget

TwistOfFate | Aug 11, 201702:35 AM     12

Hi

My wife and I are returning to Venice on Monday, we went 5 years ago and I proposed there. We where on quite a tight budget then so didn't really eat out anywhere. we are staying at Abitarerialto B&B I've attempted to add the link below.

This year we are only going for 3 nights but have a little more disposable income and I was looking to have a sit down meal each day. I have scanned the previous posts and will go over them again over this weekend with Map in hand.

My main worry is that I need to find somewhere nice around the Rialto Bridge area as that's where we are staying, for the day we arrive as we arrive in the evening. and I am well aware there are lots of tourist traps in this area. also any cicchetti of note close would be great!

another note my wife enjoys glasswork so we are spending some time on Murano, I hadn't seen anything mentioned on the previous posts id scanned on this island probably only a standing lunch unless someone has had a great experience here.

I appreciate any help, I know I've left it a little late to plan

Patrick
