Anyone who regularly visits the LA board knows how valuable of a contributor poster Streetgourmetla (Bill Esparza) is. Mention great ethnic food and he's there with truly in-depth knowledge and recs that are among the best I've personally read. Particularly knowledgeable on the various Mexican regional cuisines as well as Brazilian cuisine, I think all of us have truly benefited from his contributions. LA Weekly's Squid Ink recently interviewed Bill, and I posted the link on the "Food Media and News" board. Much deserved props to Bill!
