We have some Sukhi's curry for a quick dinner (Tikka Masala), but would like vegetarian. Anyone have suggedstions for what is good for vegetarian curries. Already doing Aloogobi, and don't have enough potatoes for the curry as well.
We have fennel bulbs from the CSA - anyone ever use those in a curry?
New to cooking Indian food (although love eating it at restaurants). Don't know if I can really call using a pre-made mix cooking either, but it is what can be done on a quick weeknight!
