I've recently become a Dim-Sum fan and have gotten some great recommendations from this board. I'd like to take a friend from out of town for Dim-Sum, unfortunately she doesn't eat meat. She's a vegetarion who also loves Seafood. (I don't understand it, but it works for her.)
If I go to Dim-Sum at a place like "27 Sunrise Seafood" would I increase my chances of a wide Seafood Dim-Sum selection? Or should I err on the side of safety and just do straight Veggie Dim-Sum at the place on Pell St.?? (It'll probably only be the two of us, so I'd like to maximize her chances of sampling a variety of things.)
Ps: I have checked the previous postings, but they either relate to general Dim-Sum, or veggie-only Dim-Sum.
