Veggie Sausage?

I'm looking to create a vegetarian stuffing for thanksgiving, but love the flavor of sausage. I've tried the Morningstar Breakfast Patties and heard that they should be cooked first, then crumbled...But are there any suggestions for other brands that are more spicy and less breakfast sausage tasting?
