Hubby wants to lose 10 lbs. quickly (yeah I know) but he's a very finicky eater. The veggies he'll eat are potatoes, corn, lettuces, onions and red peppers. He will eat fruit but not very much. He's cutting out all bread and butter, pasta and pizza, white flour, sugar, coca cola, and alcohol.
With that said, what should he eat? He's so finicky, I don't know what to do for him. Would you recommend Atkins?
