I am planning on making this recipe for tonight:
At the last minute, another guest decided to come - a (flexible) vegetarian. She used to be my roommate so I know she will eat stock when she is eating food cooked by others. Is there anything I can serve the merlot sauce on for her that would be tasty? I was thinking a nice broiled mushroom, some tofu...any other ideas? I will have potatoes and veggies too as side dishes, and a nice dessert.
