I am looking for a nice, spicy vegetarian Soondubu soup at a Korean place that is NOT Hangawi. Any suggestions?
I have heard BCD tofu house will do a vegetarian Soondubu. Has anyone tried it. Is the broth truly vegetarian.
And out of curiosity, what is the composition of the Soondubu broth?
