Happy holidays to all. I am a male in my late 30s, and often traveling due to work.
When traveling, I tend to stay in extended stay accommodation that includes a fridge.
I am about 30lbs overweight, and tend to have a craving for sweets and starches, especially when I am too lazy to cook or prepare some food.
I experience these more often at night after dinner, before bed time.
I am looking for suggestions on healthier pre bed time foods, something that can fill me up without adding to the waist line, and maybe satisfy some of the sweet cravings.
I prefer vegetarian options, and if they can be hot or heated, that is more tempting to me than a cold granola bar.
I love fruits and most vegetables, beans and grains.
