Looking for some feedback for an upcoming trip to Paris - lots of great discussion here, so thanks in advance for that.
I’m interested in hearing about any restaurants that are particularly skilled with vegetables/have standout vegetable dishes.
I don’t have too much of a preference for style — I do like the food to have some feeling of being from the place I’m in.
Money isn’t much of an issue, but I find that I’m typically not super happy with the value at the 3 *’s, and prefer the overall experience at the type of places listed below.
I currently have resos for:
Accents (offers a vegetarian menu, which is a good sign)
Others that I am considering are:
Table Brunjo Verjus
Do any of these stand out for their vegetable dishes? Or is there another restaurant I should be considering?
For Septime, L’arcane, David Toutain, and Accents, which would you keep? Or would you swap them for something else?
Also, it’s hard to find traditional French cuisine for vegetarians — any leads or suggestions on that front?
Thanks in advance.
