Vegetarian Mock Peking Duck

There used to be a restaurant on E. 53 that served a thin, crispy fried tofu(?) that was presented with mushu pancakes, scallions and hoisin sauce -- just like Peking duck. I think that the name of the dish was something like Buddist Treasure or some such, but probably not the more common Buddist Delight, and the menu prose described it as a frugal substitute for the real deal. Anyone know about this, what it's called, how to make it, or restaurants serving it?
