Vegetarian-friendly eats for 5 nights in Paris?

Hi! This is my first post on Chowhound :) I’m going to Paris next week with my family to celebrate my birthday. We have 5 nights to EAT and enjoy all that Paris has to offer. This is my first time visiting (so excited).

My mom is a vegetarian (cheese, eggs in baked goods are ok) and a foodie. The rest of us are nonveg but will happily eat vegetarian. I’d like to make sure that she always has something to eat that she can enjoy. While I would love to try amazing sounding places like L’Arpege, it is unfortunately out of our price range. I’m looking for more casual, affordable options. Also looking at Italian, middle-eastern, Asian, etc kitchens since they may have more vegetarian friendly menus.

I’ve done some research and it seems like there is more information available about vegan restaurants than vegetarian-friendly ones… We are staying in the 16th arr. near the Eiffel Tower and are happy to take the metro anywhere. Please do let me know if you think a reservation is required.

Here is the list that I started, would love some input. Which of these places are any good? Where else can we find good value, high quality eats? Thoughts, additions, warnings all welcome. Bonus: any other must try places for pastries, croissants, chocolates, etc. Thank you so much!!

Lunch:
Bob’s Kitchen or Juice Bar
L’As du Fallafel
Maoz Vegetarian
Little Breizh or Breizh Café
Café de Bar
Soul Kitchen

Dinner:
La Massara
La Gazette
Soya
Saveurs Veget’halles
Tentazioni
Ristorante al Caratello

Other Specialty:
Jacques Genin
Macarons Gourmands
Gontran Cherrier
Poilane Bakery
