New vegetarian falafel place 18th & Sansom

We tried take-out falafel from the new vegetarian falafel place at 18th and Sansom. The falafel and platter each came with a selection of various salads, all of which were mainly shredded veggies of one kind or another. They did have a separate small salad bar labeled 'free side salads, no refills please' that had more interesting things like moroccan carrots and cauliflower. The falafel was too dry and gummy for my tastes. I prefer Mama's Vegetarian.

Even though the sign says kosher, all the menus have the kashrut mark blacked out, so I suspect they lost their kashrut or decided against it.

Thank you.
