Hello,
I've been to Venice many times and I've allways tried to ask for advice here. Usually my questions would be area related or best this or that. This time, I'm asking for a friend with much different tastes than mine.

I'm looking for a great vegetarian or vegetable-based restaurant for a person on a budget. She eats cheese but I'm not sure about eggs. She doesn't really do the healthy balancing-your-diet thing. She just doesn't like eating animal products (except for cheese). She also likes wines.

She's staying somewhere towards the railway station but I'm not sure if in San Polo or Canareggio. Also, she'll be walking to Giardini and Arsenale every day. But she'd walk anywhere so location is not important.

However, she's on a tight budget, which is hard for Venice.

So please help me to find her some places for her. Thank you.
