First, let me admit: I'm no cook. I love to eat, but I have little patience to actually do the cooking.
Because of that, I had to prep and have zero knife skills. Since prepping is such an issue for me, I want to make it as fast & efficient as possible (and I doubt I can or want to attain the correct knife skills). I have a food processor. Would that be preferable for chopping, slicing, and dicing than a vegetable chopper? Which is better? And easier. Thoughts?
