So, I am trying to find Vegas restaurant ideas and it seems tough because:
a. we are really picky (ok, maybe I'm the picky one.. my fiance will eat most anything).. I like Italian a lot (but not necessarily super trendy Italian), Mexican, Steak, Chinese etc
b. we're from nyc and i want to try to steer clear of the places we could just go to at home.
We don't really have a budget per se and we are staying at the Venetian, so it would be nice to eat somewhere around there or in there. Here is what I was thinking so far
-We arrive Thursday night around 3 AM. Obviously we don't need to eat dinner this late, but it would be nice if we could! Any recs for places open this late, preferably in the Venetian?
-Le Village Buffet at Paris for a late breakfast/early lunch
-Rao's at Ceasar's for dinner?
Now, I know it's kind of anti-what I said to go to Rao's, but I feel like the closest we're ever going to get to Rao's will be in Vegas, right? Or is this overrated?
-lunch?? no idea - liked the menu at Canaletto in the Venetian but I know if we go to Rao's the night before that might be too much Italian..?
-dinner???? any Steakhouse recs?
-Bouchon for breakfast
Big thanks in advance for any suggestions :)
