Hello. I have a very specific, and a little odd, question. I am starting to think about my Passover Sedar this year and have just found out that one of my non-Jewish guests has decided to become vegan for Lent. Although much of my meal with not meet his needs, I would like to have some things for him to eat! (If not, he said he more than willing to bring his own fancy salad or something) However, I was wondering if anyone in the vast Chowhound universe has any ideas. Both yummy general food that is Passover "safe" (i.e. no leavened bread) or Passover food converted for a vegan diet (i.e. vegan matza ball soup) Any and all suggestions would be more than welcome!! Thanks in advance!
