Hi,

I haven't lived in New York for about 5 years, so I am totally out of the loop! I'm trying to plan a baby shower for a friend sometime this April. It will be about 15-20 people, and the mom-to-be is Vegan - though most of the guests aren't. We are looking for either a restaurant with a semi-private space or someplace that will cater to an apartment in Astoria. We will likely do brunch/lunch, but it doesn't have to be very traditional - we're open to Mexican or other Latin, or maybe some kind of Asian food. Location is flexible - we can do somewhere in Manhattan, Brooklyn, or Queens.

Ideas or leads would be great!!

Thanks
