(Vegan) Baked Oatmeal recipe, for julesrules and anyone else

2 cups rolled oats
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
1.5 tsp baking powder
2 1/4 cups almond or rice milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup dried apricots, diced, or raisins
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
2 Tbsp maple syrup (optional, of course!)

Preheat oven to 350.
Grease a 8x8 pan.
Mix all in bowl and put in pan.
Bake 30 minutes.
