Veal Stock - Uses?

I made a veal stock this weekend from about 1 lb of veal bones I saw on sale at Andronico's.

I am an avid user of chicken stock (make a huge pot of it each week ) - for use in soups, risottos, cooking vegetables, using in wok stir fries, etc. but I haven't a clue as to how to use the veal stock I made. It is stronger than chicken stock and does not seem to lend itself so easily to the above uses.

Any suggestions?
