Variations of risotto?

I want to use up things in my cupboard/freezer/fridge. So I am wondering...what can I use to make risotto (other than the traditional way?) I have beef broth, shallots, frozen mushrooms, red wine, whiskey, parm, lemon, red onion, white onion, basil, garlic, zucchini, tomatos (canned and fresh), corn...and yes, the correct rice, so....is there any wrong way to make risotto?
