Having a little trouble navigating memory lane. Trying to recollect three places: Burger joint that opened in early 1970s in a new strip mall across Cullen from the main UH entrance/student center. Had beer by the pitcher and bands on weekends. Great burger joint off Washington near downtown in an old schoolhouse (Abbott?) Thought it was Las Cazuelas, but a Tex-Mex place in the early 1970s on Quitman just off North Main on second floor ( recollect a grocer on first floor). Fond memories of the nachos.
