I just finished sampling some sweets from Vanille Pastisserie; they were making a promotional appearance at the TV station I'm working at today. I got to sample a small chocolate tart that had a lovely, creamy ganache and a tasty, crisp crust with just the perfect texture: not too hard, not too crumbly, like a good butter cookie. Also got to taste an amazing coconut mousse concoction that was a 3" tower of wonderful mousse with sweet/tart fruits inside. Truly wonderful. If you're dying for some extra calories, I'd try it soon. Looks like we've acquired a fine addition to local pastisseries.
