Vancouver - Anniversary Weekend Help - Cin Cin, Bin 941, Lucy Mae Brown, etc.

San Francisco hound coming to Vancouver for the first time for three days and two nights in November. I figure that allows three lunches and two dinners.

I already have reservations at West for the "big" night. I am considering the following for Saturday night:

Cin Cin
Raincity Grill
Lucy Mae Brown
Bin 941
Bin 942

I performed a search on all of these and have read some opinions (and also was able to narrow down the choices by elimating some places like C).

I have read really good things about the Bins but am concerned about the wait on a Saturday night. Lucy Mae Brown is well reviewed but I can't find any information online about the wine list or menu. A lively atmosphere is fine but we do want to be able to hear each other talk to some degree.

Any opinions on these (and any other suggstions would be helpful). We certainly don't mind doing small plates on Saturday and maybe a little bar hopping after dinner so it is a plus for any place located in a neighborhood where we can walk and check out some local bars/restaurants. My wife and I are both very into wine and definitely want to enjoy some BC wines, though wine list is not the number one priority.

For lunch, would like to go for sushi one day. Any japanese/sushi lunch recommendations? Tojo seems super expensive. Anything comparable but not quite so much $$$?.

Also thinking about Kirin and Banana Leaf. Any fixed price lunch specials around town we could enjoy on Monday?

Finally, we are staying near Stanley Park, to the extent that makes a difference. We are big walkers though. Thanks!!!
