Hey hounds. I'm sure this has been addressed in the past, but I can't find anything recent. I live on the upper west side, and while for the most part I love the neighborhood, I've been unable to find a good cafe (besides Starbucks) where it's ok to just sit, read, type, hang out, whatever, over your coffee. I visit friends all over the five boroughs, and it seems like every neighborhood I find myself in has this kind of place, except mine. Am I missing something here?
Free wireless would be ideal, though I fear that would be pressing my luck. Somewhere in the 80s or 90s would be ideal.
Any info will be gratefully received. Thanks!
