Utica Greens

Just back from visiting the in-laws in Liverpool. While there we stopped at Santangelos restaurant and had the most delicious "Utica Greens" a totally awesome, spicy, salty, savory combination of escarole, sliced garlic, prociutto, peppers, broth and asiago. It shouldn't be too hard to recreate but anyone have a recipe to jumpstart me?
