I'm looking for a sushi place a step or so above Hasaki or Tomoe. It's for dinner with four friends, so I realize that sitting at the sushi bar may be impossible, but that said, I would ideally like to be able to get some high quality sushi/sashimi for around $50-$75 per person. I don't need to be stuffed and I don't need any extravagant O-toro-esque specialties...I just want great ingredients at a reasonable price. Oh, and we're all gaijin and will be eating around 8 or later on a Thursday, if that factors into it.
