Never ate at Francisco's Centro Vasca (on 23rd St between 6th and 7th)--but was told my a friend that their lobster is out of this world delicious. So, a group of us are meeting there this evening.
1) Has anyone been there recently?
2) I always eat my lobster steamed, but this friend raves about their broiled preparation with some sort of light breadcrumbs (not certain.) Anyone ever had that at Francisco's? I'm dubious of ANY covering over lobster except lots of fresh lemon and drawn butter sauce.
