Been to Urena, 28th off P.A.S.* twice in the last week and rate it on a near par with the Time-Warner crew. The food there is brilliant. Foie gras three ways including a smokey foam, grilled non-Moscovy duck breast in layered citrus sauces, pork belly as melting as marrow.
And what I like is that this isn't a + $350 meal, it's craft at affordable prices; nearer $75 with an affordable wine. Apps were around $14 and main courses (if I have a complaint it's that entrees are too large - and ain't that rare) are in the high $20's.
What we all want is a find and to me this currently is it.
