Over the past several months (I am not a weekly visitor) I've noticed some serious changes in the offerings at the Uprising Bakery in Park Slope. I finally got up the guts to ask, and someone at the bakery informed me that 1.) the previous owner sold the stores about a year ago and 2.) they are using new bakers.
Anyone else know more about the story? Is it owned by some big chain now? Any satisfactory bread options? (I haven't been so pleased).
