Need upper W. Village basics: pizza, Chinese, Indian

Hi all! Just moved (alas, for only July and August) from the suburbs of Philadelphia to the upper West Village, a few blocks south of the Meatpacking District. There are dozens of lovely places to do Sunday brunch, and a number of gorgeous French bistros, and Chelsea Market and Balducci's are five minutes away. And the White Horse Tavern is just three blocks away, in the midst of a great-looking stretch of mid-level restaurants along Hudson.

But in walking all over the area, I see not a single pizza joint, or a promising-looking Chinese restaurant, or an Indian place at all. I'd love to have these options without having to walk all the way up to the East 20s, or down to Sheridan Square.

So: Where do youse go for a slice of pepperoni? Where do you call for Chinese delivery? When you tire of eggs Benedict on Sunday mornings, where's the best nearby Indian buffet?
