Upper East Side places

I am house (apartment) sitting for a couple of weeks and as this is not my usual haunt I was hoping for some recommends in the area. Hopefully some dog friendly places (or that deliver) as the major part of my task is dog sitting ;-). Not too expensive just good all around food. Any cuisine is OK.

I've been to Patsy's on 2nd in the upper 60's, it's ok.

Angels on 1st @ 62nd just OK

El Greco on 2nd in the 70's is pretty good too, but not for every day.

Totoya is not bad sushi either.

There was mention on this board a while ago of a Indian place in the upper 50's that was supposed to be real good, anyone remember that place?

Any good Mexican in the area? Not Maya too pricey.

How about a burger joint?
