Hi Folks,

I recently started lurking after I stumbled across some great threads on pots and pans while I was shopping and decided to post and get some feedback on upgrading cookware.

My wife and I recently moved into a home where we had to do extensive renovations, including the kitchen. We spend most of our time in and around the kitchen and with the new kitchen we are looking to upgrade some of our cookware. We have a some "nice" pieces by good companies, but as I've been lurking I realized I know a lot less about cookware than I could. I am mainly looking to upgrade some pieces that were accumulated over the years as dictated by necessity or received as gifts but will take any and all thread suggestions, recommendations, and feedback on the topic.

I am going to try and inventory my pots and pans tomorrow and keep some momentum going, but I also had some questions about items I saw recently but for which I couldnt find specific information. Below are pictures of some Silga pieces (some Teknika, one not) that I was considering based on reading around here, but it wasn't immediately clear to me the difference between Teknika or not, and for one of the items I couldn't find any information. I'd appreciate any information around quality and your common uses for the pictured items, including the 43cm piece.

Edit - trying to load a picture of the 43cm but it's not working for some reason. Bottom says Teknika by Silga and the tag appears to say Brasler 43cm and also 213540 in big bold print.
