How to upgrade Pimento Cheese

I work at a grocery store in the south east. The other day, we were sampling this amazing pimento cheese. I've always loved good pimento cheese, so I got a craving and decided to buy some. Sadly, the stuff we were sampling was 7.99 for a ridiculously small amount. So, I grabbed Ruth's Jalapeno Pimento Spread at 3.99 for 12 oz.
It sucks.
I hate wasting food, but this will sit in my fridge for an eternity if I don't figure out how to use it, or hopefully have a friend over who gets drunk enough to devour anything.
Any tips on what to add to this to improve on it? A recipe I can fold it into where it wouldn't be the star, but could contribute?
