We are heading to Alaska in late August. When I checked the info for good eats up there, I found very old threads like this one:
Since I would imagine there have been lots of closures and openings, I'd love tips on where to eat that are more recent.
We have 12 days, land in Anchorage, rental car to Denali from there. Then South to Seward back to Anchorage, with a detour to Homer area, might not go all the way to Homer.
We eat low carb, DH is diabetic and can't have all the fries and breads, so places that grill without breadings etc. would be most appreciated, and if any place offers naked bugers (without bun) those would work well too. We hope to eat all the fresh seafoods :)
