Have a rare opportunity to go to Lowell (i.e., I have access to a car) next week to eat at one of the many Cambodian restaurants. Problem is all the Lowell threads are years old. Knowing that ownership and staff changes do happen, I thought I'd ask what everyone's current favorite is and what dishes you would recommend. We like it funky, spicy and sour. Offal is fine too. From reading old threads, Heng Lay, Simply Khmer and Red Rose seem to appeal the most. But now how to choose?
