While channeling surfing at a break in the Olympic coverage this evening I caught an episode of Bobby Flay's Food Nation in which he visited La Serenata de Garibaldi, in East L.A.. I used to work in the Lincoln Heights area, not too far from there, but that was along time ago. I'm not familiar with the restaurant..........so I did a search here.
What's the deal? Seems like mixed reviews. Is it as good as it looked on the show..... incredible mix of sauces and great fish dishes. And, do they still have locations in West LA (came up in my search)? Their website shows only the First Street location.
