upcoming london chow advice (and yes, i've already scoured past posts!)

I'll in in London for a few days next month and am already plotting my plan of attack. I'll be there 5 days, with jet-lag somewhat dampering my enthusiasm for long, drawn out dinners. Consequently, I want to make every meal count, concntrating on both high-end dining and "ethnic" eats that can't be found in New York or Boston. Here's what I have so far:

Dinner at Gordon Ramsey's (I know, I know! but I had a stupendous meal there a year ago)

Lunch at Le Gavroche (40 pound prix fixe...any thoughts? Will I get the full experience or would dinner be better?)

Lunch or Dinner at Noura (already salivating over the menu, thanks Howler!)

Lunch or Dinner at Mju (is it as good as the hype?)

Lunch or Dinner at Rasa Samudra (I spent 4 months working in India last summer and particularly miss Keralan cuisine, although I'd be open to any "best-of-its-kind" suggestions. New York has TERRIBLE Indian food and I have SUCH a craving!)

And, needless to say, Neal's Yard Dairy, Borough Market, and the food halls will be factored into my trip, but I'm eager to hear other chow-related, non-restaurant suggestions.

Thanks in advance for all your chow help!
