Uogashi w/Nakajima - Hell Yeah!

Made a last minute decision to go to Uogashi on Xmas eve...so glad that we did. We sat in front of chef Nakajima and it was a stellar meal. We tried to order the full $135 omakase but they said they did not have enough variety left to fulfill that. We "settled" on the $95 omakase. Amazed at the quality and quantity for $95, I almost do not want to write this review. Worth every penny and more. Chef Nakajima seemed far more relaxed and happier than when I had sat in front of him at Shinbashi or Jado. I will preface this by saying that i had a not so pleasant experience w/Nakajima at Shinbashi but i am glad that i followed him to Uogashi.
