No more unpastuerized cider?

I hear that starting Jan. 1, 2004, it will no longer be legal to sell unpastuerized cider in PA.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who looks forward to fall, and that first batch of great cider from my local farmer's market.

I've not seen anything in the papers about this. Anyone have any knowledge concerning it?
