I'm having a BBQ with some cooking friends and started thinking about unusual BBQ side dishes, etc.
I love Nigella's watermelon/feta salad. Yesterday I saw the chef from Tru make watermelon squares, with I tiny groove on top, then he drizzled an aged balsamic vinegar on top--it looked fantastic. What other unusual BBQ sides have you made?
