Two months ago I had a chance to check out Union Hill Coffee in Sonora. I'd read about its fall opening in Sprudge. http://sprudge.com/build-outs-summer-...

Serving up Olympia Provisions coffee, it's a pretty chill place for this historic town. My cappuccino was served in a cup made by a local potter. The espresso portion itself was fine but the milky foam left something to be desired. I got a shrub, made with extract from INNA in Emeryville https://innajam.com/ , to go that was lovely. Glad to know about this producer.
