I have been to Union twice...and other than a fantastic heirloom tomato salad, I have been underwhelmed. First visit, mahi-mahi was dreadfully overcooked (although newly opened - forgiveable), second visit ribeye was mediocre quality (recent). I love the space, service, winelist and reviews have been great. Can anyone recommend a specialty there or something to try? Am I missing why its so popular? Thanks in advance.
