I recently ordered some top grade uni online because I heard that it was better than what you can get at most sushi joints. But a minumum order is two trays. That's a lot of uni! I wouldn't mind having it every day with soy sauce, olive oil or lemon... but are there are other suggestions for preparations?
I've only ever had it raw so far or very lightly cooked. I've liked the raw preparations more but am willing to try others.
