Hi Y'all. I made a 3 meat meatloaf 3 nights ago, and since husband was distracting me, I only cooked it for an hour at 350. Had my head been in dinner prep, I would have known to give it more time, since the meat was all the way to the top of the loaf pan. Anyway, I pulled it out of the oven after 1 hour, cooled it a bit and sliced into it. The end pieces were fine (and very, very good!) but as I got closer to the middle, I realized that the loaf was trying to split lengthwise and I could see pink in there.
My Q: Can I wrap the remaining loaf in foil, put it back in the pan and cook it another 20-30 mins at 350?? It seems I should be able to do that without problems, but I don't know everything (though I think I do, most of the time), so thought I'd put it out there for comment and advice.
