Uncle Pete's Report

Went to Uncle Pete's on Wednesday night.

First, everyone there was so nice and friendly. We went with my father who is confined to a wheelchair. they physically moved a booth so that he could sit at the table in his wheelchair without being in the way.

We ordered with a strategy. My mom and dad shared the pork ribs with a side of corn and onion rings. I ordered the beef ribs sampler with sides of french fries and baked beans. The side orders are definitely enough to share so we ate them family-style. I didn't try the corn but the other three sides were DELICIOUS. I loved the beef ribs. They are not extremely meaty but you still get plenty. The sampler came with 4 ribs and I only ate 2 1/2. I didn't try the pork ribs but my parents raved about them.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Next time, I plan to try the mango salsa that the next table had. It looked delicious and they gave it the thumbs' up!
